Who can participate in Keebs Fitness Programs? Adults and teens of all fitness levels.

Are your results guaranteed? Yes. If you are not satisfied at the end of your program, you will receive a full refund. I’m new to exercise, will I be able to keep up? Yes! Every workout is designed for you to take at your own pace. Modifications are provided for virtually all exercises, enabling you to lighten the exercise as needed. You always have the option to walk, use lighter weights, do less reps, and/or adjust the workout to your personal level. No participant is ever left behind!

I’m an experienced athlete, will your training programs be too easy for me? No, you’ve come to the right place! As stated above, you have the ability to customize your own workout. You always have the option to run faster, pick up heavier weights, and adjust the exercises as needed. If you finish a particular set before everyone else, you won’t just be standing around—you’ll be given additional exercises!

Are your training programs held year around? Yes, and in rain or shine. If the weather is particularly bad, the training sessions are held in a nearby indoor location.

Where did the name “Keebs Fitness” come from? Keebs, derived from Keebler, was a nickname given to Kelly while she was studying at Harvard. One of her friends had trouble recalling her maiden name (Kallbrier) and mistakenly asked his study group if Kelly’s full name was Kelly Keebler. From that day forward, Kelly became known as Keebs, and the nickname followed her back to California.
